very knowledgeable. handled split (in person/online) classroom well. lots of content for a single day but still good.

Michael's course was again very well articulated and insightful. He was extremely patient assisting trainees who ever had any technical problems of any level.

Great training, straight to the point and very easy to follow.

Although it didnt cover what I was looking for (more advanced site creation rather than document management). Learning the admin stuff was good, and the document management may come down handy further down if we move fully to sharepoint for our document management.
