Our Story

Innovation and enabling increased productivity has always been at our core.

Our company was established in early 2013, to help businesses develop and automate Microsoft Excel models. In response to client demand we developed our Excel training offering shortly thereafter. Training became our passion. The following six years saw Excel Consulting expand to all major cities across Australia, introducing over a dozen new courses and growing a team of professional trainers, dedicated researchers and in-house course creators.

As we continued to innovate and grow, we felt it necessary to realign our brand with our vision. We continuously search for and discover new IT advancements, designing and delivering unique courses which provide a productivity advantage for each and every participant. Our new brand was developed to reflect our continued momentum and embodies our passions as supportive educators, engaging innovators and market leaders.

In October 2019 Excel Consulting shed its old skin and became Nexacu, where knowledge and experience come together to create next level learning. In November we were ranked the 24th fastest growing tech company in the Australia Fast 50 and 269th in Asia Pacific Fast 500 by Deloitte. This recognition of our growth, reflects our commitment to reinvesting in continuous improvement.

We are confident and committed to delivering our promise of enabling your team to master the latest technology, improve their productivity and reach their next level of capability.

There was a lot of content to get through, but Ken made it interesting. A suggestion would be to perhaps build in some time in the afternoon session to create a 'flow' from start to finish, relevant to our individual workplaces, as it would enable students to utilise some of the skills to create useful elements for their workplace (while being able to troubleshoot with the instructor and other participants). Thanks Ken. -Office365 Advanced Melbourne

First half of the course met my requirements, but the later part with adaptive wasn't required and very complex. Ken did a great job, Thanks very much! -Office365 Advanced Melbourne

The course is a good refresher for me given that I have been self-taught in PBI. Jason has made the course easy to understand. It would be good if a guide/manual is provided alongside his training i.e. the use of buttons/bookmarks so the user can go back for practice . -Power BI Intermediate Canberra

Good course with some helpful take-aways and gave a good understanding of a lot of the concepts I had already covered in my own learning. Could be helpful to have a bit more context around the uses of some functions rather than simply carrying out an exercise i.e "this sort of function is good for this". -Power BI Intermediate Canberra

John was great. Great handbook for reference. Could potentially look at adding more to the course. Calendar's aren't really needed with everything else available. But I would be curious to see what else Visio can do. Thanks again! -Visio Essentials Melbourne
