Our trainer Laurence Wood was super knowledgeable and explained things in an easy manner. He made sure everybody was on the same page when going through more difficult parts of the course. It was super helpful that he explained why certain errors occurred and how to fix those errors. He teaches in a way that is very intuitive and easy to follow. Also letting students know the functions, how they are used, and the limitations of certain functions/tables/filtering methods were super insightful. Thank you for a great session.

Well spoken, explained everything very well and was easy to follow. To recommend anything, if someone is having issues it may prove worthwhile to have the online students share their screen to investigate their issues.

Clear and straightforward

Has In-depth Knowledge of Excel practices. Some parts of intermediate training do seem to be more on the beginner side specifically cell referencing and naming.

Laurence was very knowledgeable and regularly checked in with the online students which is appreciated. Thank you Laurence! Maybe some ideas how we can use the excel in personal life too so it's a little bit more relatable but not overly important.

Very easy to understand and concise. Learned alot of neat little tricks which was what I was looking for. Might make it a little more collaborative by asking students more questions on why they think this formula wont work, or what do you think will happen if we do xyz etc. Thanks!

Richard did a great job considering some of the technical issues the training room had. I learnt some very handy things I wasn't aware of in excel - primarily around naming data and how to use the named data effectively. Richard was clear in his delivery and provided some handy hints outside of the course scope which I liked.

The session was well explained and i learned most new techniques in using Formular functions in excel especially the Vlookup and Xlook up and also the Pivot table.

Did a great job facilitating the course and overcoming technical issues in the classroom. Was very pleasant and tailored course material to match individuals capabilities.

The Excel training course was clear, practical and well-paced, making some complex functions easy to understand. I now feel more confident using Excel for data analysis and everyday tasks.
