Ulfa was an excellent trainer, well-paced and clear - the whole class was able to follow her instructions easily with minimal clarifications required. I joined as the only remote user, with 5 others in person in a classroom, however at no stage did I feel like Ulfa favoured the in-person participants. I could always hear and follow what was being discussed. Thank you Ulfa! :)

Ulfa was very clear and it was easy to understand/follow her instructions. She was very patient and happy to assist as required and it was not an issue to go back and review anything or go through something again.
