The trainer was very good, intricate, and funny. Explained everything thoroughly and with care and everyone was able to follow along well. Often times very funny, conversational, and interacted with the students.

Ken was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. His genuine excitement made the class a pleasure to work through. Ken had great pacing, and never went too quickly or slowly. I learnt a lot of formulas that I didn't know about before, however it will take some time to work out how they will apply to my current needs. It would be awesome to show Ken ahead of time the types of reports that we are pulling, so he can help identify where we might be able to use formulas.

I loved the breakdown on the functions we covered. Some I had used before but i didn't really understand fully how they worked. Understanding this will help me use them better and with more flexibility. You kept it clear and interesting and moved at a good pace for me.
