Trainer was very engaging and thorough with the training. She went through all the steps in detail and ensured the room was comfortable before moving on. Picked up a lot of tips and tricks from the course that can be used in the workforce. Highly recommended.

Quite engaging session, which moved at a good pace and gave participants time to be able to follow instructions. After the afternoon break there were some items demonstrated where it wasn't always clear whether we needed to always undertake the same, or just observe. Also, after the afternoon break the content was more about post the report being created and was full of lots of possibilities, so might have needed a little more time to explore. Even though I was remote, I didn't feel as though my experience was any different than if I had of been in the room (very impressed).
