This half-day, scenario-based workshop is designed for executives and senior leaders who need to use Microsoft Copilot to think better, faster, and with greater clarity, not to perform day-to-day operational tasks.

The course teaches executives how to frame effective prompts, assess information quality, and use Copilot as a thinking and synthesis tool for briefing, decision-making, and strategic oversight. Participants work through realistic executive scenarios involving incomplete information, competing priorities, and risk.

Only after participants have practised manual synthesis and judgement are they introduced to the Researcher agent, showing how it can scale executive thinking without outsourcing accountability.

Who should attend: Executives and senior leaders, board members and senior managers, general managers and functional heads, and anyone responsible for strategic decisions, governance, or organisational direction.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Frame high-quality prompts that surface insight, not noise
  • Use Copilot to synthesise complex information quickly
  • Identify assumptions, gaps, and bias in AI-generated outputs
  • Use Copilot to support judgement, not replace it
  • Recognise when deeper research is required
  • Use the Researcher agent to scale executive insight responsibly

Prerequisite:

Access to Microsoft 365 Copilot is recommended. No prior AI, prompting, or Copilot experience is required.
