The course was delivered in a relaxed, interactive, and informative manner. I have gained new tools and shortcuts that I’m eager to apply and experiment with in my daily work. Prior to attending, I had a basic working knowledge of pivot tables but didn’t fully grasp their potential. After completing the course, I now feel confident in creating, troubleshooting, and fixing pivot tables effectively. Thank you, Tim, for a highly educational and engaging session.

Ulfa Fathiyya was great. Kept to time and explained concepts very well. Ulfa also followed up on any questions during the breaks and also kept a close eye on any questions coming from the Teams chat. Great use of technology and a seamless experience for those attending remotely.

Ulfa was very knowledgeable and gave many different ways of getting the same results to ensure students found what worked for them. She also didn't dismiss student suggestions for functions and ran them and explained why they did or did not work. Amazing job!!
