The trainer is very detailed provides alot of insights to the course. He continued the course at a pace that was easy to follow. I truly appreciate his teaching and look forward to more classes.

I am going to suggest to the head office that they have someone helping you to help people who haven't downloaded files etc because this made the beginning very hard to focus on and slowed everything down. She was great, very patient. The best thing is watching someone work and seeing how they do things. The workflows, folder naming, and sorting. That's the stuff you can never find online.
