Domenic made Excel a pleasure to learn. The pace was perfect and what I dreaded learning became pure joy! I learnt SO very much and can't believe we are past finish time. I'll be enrolling in Advance once I've mastered these. Great tips to be more efficient as well. Thank you so much, Domenic!

Excellent, very clear directions

The Microsoft 365 beginner training was a very worthwhile session. The trainer was knowledgeable, clear and engaging, making the content easy to follow. The session covered key features in a practical and accessible way, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and apply what we learned. It was a great introduction to the tools.

Great pace for the course. There were a couple of time that you spoke so fast I had trouble understanding what you were saying (I'm considered to be old!!). You can get an idea of what that looks like by filming yourself when you give your next training session and playing it back a day later - You'll get an idea of how fast you go, and any repeating 'ticks' you may have. Slowing your words just a tad will help oldies like me keep up! Overall, I really enjoyed your presentation and style! Many thanks!

Michael presented the material very well. I was impressed by his polished and clear speaking and his precise instructions when we were to follow along. He was always ready to help someone catch up or solve issues. He answered our questions from his wealth of knowledge and didn't forget to reply to any of the initial questions when we reached a point in our material that would answer it. Thank you, Michael, you are one the best trainers I've witnessed so far.
