Excellent.. Responded to questions, pace was great, content was interesting enough even for somebody who is an Adobe native and doesn't use Microsoft products often.

Good course for beginners, good enthusiasm. I thought we wasted a bit of time going to each person individually to discuss their issues and experience, would have been quicker/more efficient to just use the chat box for that instead of rehashing. Please don't forget the breaks, they are needed to have a brain break :)

Ken did a great job of managing the varying levels of skill in the room. Great facilitation style. One constructive area of feedback is to reconsider referring to diagnoses in an offhand way, e.g., "this is my OCD" as our staff work with these diagnoses clinically and you never know people's personal experience.
