I think it would have been helpful to have an overview of what would be covered in the day ie. Paraphrasing practice runs, grammatical guidance., etc. Possibly helpful to include more tips on listening to different styles of speakers as meetings typically happen live and we are transcribing from spoken text rather than written though I did find it really helpful to have multiple perspectives in the class while working through different exercises.

Had Richard Hume Fill in for the 2nd Day of Training session. We had a catered approach/session dealing with conflict management, what it is to be leader/manager. Richard was great during this session and really helped flesh out the topics through workshops and catered/personal feedback.
