NEXACU provided great preparation and information before course started so was fully prepared Material is usefully and the Power point presentation was clear and could understand I have taken some tools from the training to use in my workplace for decisions and for future planning with all personnel if internal or external to company Jason the training is very well knowledgably and clear, listens to everything said by the attendees and then makes relevant changes of explaining a tool on how is use that makes relevant to our current work I would recommend this course to all Thank you

Great session and presenter. Enjoyed working through the hypotheticals. Helps to validate that it's worth giving time to the thinking required for problem solving and decision making instead of rushing it. Has prompted some thinking around how I can get ahead of the game with planning (e.g. ruling out what's not possible) so I'm more informed when the time comes to make decisions with a quick turnaround. Thanks for a great PD!

Really good facilitator who encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones in asking for our ideas in a group discussion. Taught me a lot of things I will take on board and use in my work / personal life

Richard was very good at listening to our responses and validating them but also challenging us to think outside of the box.

Richard was very inclusive and engaging. Lots of opportunities to participate and share ideas/thoughts.

Richard was great, super engaging and ensured that there was lots of talk and talk to collaborate and really be able to think out of the box which is what I was looking for with this course. Would have preferred this to be face to face but Richard managed to keep everyone engaged which was great to see. Online can be a little hard to concentrate with but Richard was great!

I think the course was good overall, but it could have been even better if it had included more discussion. I understand that it can be challenging to get people to engage, but there were moments during the course where deeper group interaction would have added significant value. The trainer did a great job delivering the content, but encouraging more active participation from the group could have enhanced the learning experience even further.

Esteban was very engaging, covered the material and got the class to contribute to discussions in a positive manner. I left the training session with a desire to implement what I learnt in my future interactions both in my work life, and personal life.
