Very consistent and well-paced seminar thank you. I would have liked more trials to practice minute taking where you gave us a segment of information and we had to condense it down. Very useful information shared with the Word short cuts, styles and functionality. Definitely something to reflect on and will look further into after this training session adjourns.

Esteban drew from practical real-life examples from his own experience. I particularly liked the example around the plane from WW and the invention of a pen for an astronaut. Appreciated the trainer's respectful attitude towards students clear ppt and slides with good diagrams to explain concepts kept time for students to ask questions
