Knowledgeable of materials and capabilities of system. Excel still has a way to go in terms of offering meaningful functionality to us (particularly higher capability users) so could have avoided that and spent more time on Teams and Outlook.

Perhaps going deeper into live examples where you start simple and them build up from there, looking into more powerful was to us the tool could help understand the full potential of the tools.
