Laurence was very well versed in Ai, which gave me confidence in the training and what we were learning. It is a good course for introductory learning using Copilot of Word. Our trainer was able to explain core concepts well and showcasing good examples of basic prompts. Managing both co-located and remote participants is a difficult assignment and quite a bit of time was given to helping on-site participants with issues, which meant there was some time for me as a remote participant to sit and wait.

I think we spent a bit too much time on using copilot chat and would have preferred learning more real-life cases of using it in apps, and cross functional stuff across apps. However I appreciate that it is particularly hard to do this with Demo data.
