Kristian was engaging, kind and supportive. He created an environment that allowed you to be vulnerable and explain where we may have issues when it comes to confidence and assertiveness. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. It was valuable. I would like a follow up sessions with him so we can further refine our learning.

I had a privilege of earning from Esteban and i can confidently say he made a lasting impact on my life. Through his guidance, i not only learned how to be more assertive, but i also discovered deeper sense of self-confidence that i didn't know i had. His teaching style is supportive, encourging and deeply empowering. He creates a safe space where students can feel heard, respected and motivated to grow. He challenged me to speak up, trust my instincts and believe in my voice. I'd have loved the chance to try my hand at some more practical exercises. Though it can be difficult to present a "best option" for minute-taking given the wide variety of use-cases, it is very much one of those skills that develops with practise. I'd have liked to have spent more time implementing the theory and reaping the benefits of group feedback - particularly as this session had some high-level experts!
