This is my refresher course. I think I raved about David first time around and I will again. David explains everything so beautifully - simply and easy to understand. A born teacher and very encouraging. There is no way you can absorb everything completely first time around so I was really grateful to be able to sit the refresher. Having used my skills learned in the original over the past few months, I knew what I had forgotten from the original course. The tips and shortcuts; the best practice methods and suggestions to make things streamlined and easier all came flooding back and I'm sure is now cemented in my mind. Excellent course. Excellent teacher.

Trainer was knowledgeable and friendly, thoroughly enjoyed the course and the material. The idea of a no extra charge refresher is a great idea which I am sure I will take advantage of. There is a lot of content to get through when you are starting out with such a complex program.

David was fantastic! So skilled and knowledgeable, used practical and real-life examples. Was really lovely, funny, made time to help people individually, but kept the class flowing. Knew the program so thoroughly but made it so well-paced and accessible :) Would really recommend and hopefully will eventually do the advanced class.
