A great session with a lot of information covered. Enjoyed the training, however I felt it was hard to keep up (at times) as the content moved on very quickly. The information obtained was not able to sink in before we moved onto the next function/topic. I felt I was unable to take notes as I missed vital information/steps for the next function. Maybe reduce the lunch break to allow for a bit more time on valuable functions.

Greg was a very friendly, patient and engaging trainer. My only suggestion would be that he slows down the content slightly, as at times if you missed a key step, it was hard to catch up. This intermediate course was very informative and has given me many ideas to implement at work. Thanks Greg :-)
