I would suggest less information on what site editors can do, and more focus on what functionality users with standard access have. Laurence did well with answering questions that came up, and was friendly and professional throughout the course.

Trainer is patient, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator with a clear communication style. I think our organisation would benefit from an overview of why we use Sharepoint and what we need to be using it for and then the training can launch into the how we use it and how we can collaborate using it. This introductory background could be provided by someone from our IT group. I think the use of this technology also needs to be combined with greater knowledge for staff on information management processes within OIC.

The training provided by Laurence was outstanding, clear and concise. Laurence delivered the training material to our group in a professional but personable manner.
