Jagg was great - patient, great speaker, thorough, and an all around great instructor. This was a great experience compared to the intermediate course I completed on Friday 22/11 where I was lumped as a remote student into a real time classroom with poor sound quality (I almost withdrew from the advanced course based on my experience on 22/11). Thanks Jagg, learned a lot!
