Ben, thanks for all your help with the training. You made it seem really easy to navigate the functions, and I found them very useful. I just now need to go home and put it to practice for efficiency

Very informative, learnt a great deal about templates, stencils, keyboard shortcuts and menu items I had no idea were available. I did find some of the learners to be quite slow which meant I ended up working ahead.

Ben is a great trainer and presented instructions clearly. Enjoyed the session enormously and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn Visio. Can see Visio being used across different teams.

It was a little difficult having some people in class and some online. Sometimes the chat and comments were not read until too late.

Re: eBook & Exercise File Would be nice to have access to eBook & Exercise File for rest of our life, 4 years is less. I might go overseas, and my country will not be offering this course. EXCELLENT, very impressive! Note: Private Feedback is same as Trainer Feedback
