The trainer is really good very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. her sessions are engaging and easy to follow, and she always make sure everyone understands the material. I’ve learned a lot and really enjoy the training.

Training modules were great, but a little more in depth as to what the outcome was for the formula would have been great. I found we'd go into a module, and start doing a formula right away. Would be great for more in depth discussion at the beginning, examples of what we would use the data for. I would have loved after each demonstration to have a few examples we could do ourselves to help solidify what we were learning.

Course content was good and very helpful. I think that more is needed around how each formula works and maybe some practice on each so that we are able to interpret and use each formula in different contexts. I think an in-person mode would be really helpful too as it would be easier to ask relevant questions or ask for additional information. Trainer Jenny was lovely and very patient with technical difficulties and when we missed information, she made it very easy to follow along and made everyone feel very included.
