Good course, it felt we spent a bit of time dealing with individual issues. If people are not up to speed, it may be best to just sort out in the breaks.

The course was helpful, there were areas taught that I already knew, but several topics that were new to me. I think the pace was a bit fast during the table exercises and the mail merge could be shorter (or focused on using it via email), but otherwise, I thought the course was good and exceeded my expectations.

Went through the content at a really good pace. not to fast that you can't keep up but got through the criteria effectively. Maybe should look to engage students a bit more by asking them questions or how they may use different functions in the workplace etc.
