Very knowledgeable, well paced, polite and accommodating. Michael was an excellent presenter. I jave been a Defence, Train The Trainer and assessor and I can say with conviction Michael meets all of my high expectations of any facilitator.

Michael was a wonderful teacher - he went through each component of the course at a pace which was easy to follow along with and enabled time for questions, but managed to get through all of the work in a timely manner. His presentations were very clear and easy to understand, and he was very helpful with any queries that arose. The interactivity of the course was really great as it allowed us to each try things out and experience them for ourselves rather than simply watching. The content provided was very useful and I am sure that it will be helpful in my work and also in my personal finances. Thank you!
