Ken has a wealth of knowledge and experience with Excel and he shared a lot of this in the training session. I learnt a number of useful short cuts that I did not know existed. I feel a lot more confident moving forward to use excel and will endeavour to incorporate what I have learnt today in my daily work.

Ken was great, very thorough with his training, also took the time to wait for everyone so we were all on the same page. Starting activities all together as a group. Tips and tricks were very useful. I will be able to implement these tips to my daily work being more efficient when using excel.

Really informative and facilitated the session with lots of information which I will find beneficial. Learnt many new tools with formulas I had never known about. Unfortunately I had to step out for the majority of the last session due to an urgent work request. I also struggled slightly today as I did not bring my correct spectacles to view the presentation that was on the screen.
