Laurence was very well versed in Ai, which gave me confidence in the training and what we were learning. It is a good course for introductory learning using Copilot of Word. Laurence Wood is a really great facilitator. Great pace and spoke clearly etc. I think online courses experience hiccups (my internet played up a few times!). other than that, fantastic course and trainers!
