great course, easy to understand, easy to follow. Pnly suggestion would be to come up with a few examples where certain tools are useful. Eg: from the perspective of a financial advisor working with numbers, a person working with names/crimes..... I dont know what i dont know so it is hard to imagine the practical application.

One feedback note I would have is over explaining. There was a lot of repetitive explaining for the same thing, or over explaining. I would suggest explaining and then if people have questions, they can ask rather than constantly explaining and repeating.
