I think the course was good overall, but it could have been even better if it had included more discussion. I understand that it can be challenging to get people to engage, but there were moments during the course where deeper group interaction would have added significant value. The trainer did a great job delivering the content, but encouraging more active participation from the group could have enhanced the learning experience even further.

Esteban was very engaging, covered the material and got the class to contribute to discussions in a positive manner. I left the training session with a desire to implement what I learnt in my future interactions both in my work life, and personal life.

I think the course was brilliant, well tailored to the 2 students in the class. Timely, very involving and engaging. Explored comfort zone but was also assisting in getting out of your comfort zone. A good mix of practical and verballing engaging.

I had a privilege of earning from Esteban and i can confidently say he made a lasting impact on my life. Through his guidance, i not only learned how to be more assertive, but i also discovered deeper sense of self-confidence that i didn't know i had.
