Fantastic course. It really got me thinking about how I can work on my assertiveness. I enjoyed your presentation style. It possibly could have been condensed into a half-day session.

I think the course was good overall, but it could have been even better if it had included more discussion. I understand that it can be challenging to get people to engage, but there were moments during the course where deeper group interaction would have added significant value. The trainer did a great job delivering the content, but encouraging more active participation from the group could have enhanced the learning experience even further.

I think the course was brilliant, well tailored to the 2 students in the class. Timely, very involving and engaging. Explored comfort zone but was also assisting in getting out of your comfort zone. A good mix of practical and verballing engaging.
