I just want to say a Thank you to Richard for coming in at short notice to take the course. i found todays training especially the role playing impactful and will help me in conflict resolution. you have given me knowledge and confidence, should i choose to become a leader. Had Richard Hume Fill in for the 2nd Day of Training session. We had a catered approach/session dealing with conflict management, what it is to be leader/manager. Richard was great during this session and really helped flesh out the topics through workshops and catered/personal feedback.
