Laurence is a great trainer and engaging. I liked how he incorporated hands on activities with theory. The mic is a little muffled and it was hard to hear him at times but not enough to impact learning. I will say that I do wish Laurence was a little more clear in his language especially when explaining privacy about Copilot - I noted that Laurence said "Copilot wont necessarily share your information" but I feel like this is quite vague?
