course has given me some new info and tips using outlook. Love learning new shortcuts and hacks. Andrew was great in explaining everything and easy to understand.

Really enjoyed the Outlook Beginner Course! As a self taught user, I was eager to learn the functions/capability of the Program. Andrew was engaging and patient with teaching and showcasing the huge number of features that the Program offers. These courses should be mandatory and used across companies! Customising my Outlook was fun, satisfying and a large number of time saving shortcuts and extras I now have on board to increase my work performance.

Thank you. This course felt more useful for those who have never used Outlook and are transitioning from another email system. Some of it was the something able to learn as you use it. It would be helpful to apply what we've learnt to our own Outlook for 5-10mins in the morning and afternoon. Perhaps a survey before we arrive to see where we're at would be helpful for the trainer and us.
