The course was a helpful refresher, although I already knew much of the content due to prior experience it did help me with some of the tools I rarely used, such as function wizard. It also helped me learn some of the hotkeys I didn't know about.

Magda did a great job of keeping the class engaged. There was a mix of inperson and online attendees, and she managed this really well. The course was very interactive and she checked in regularly to make sure we were all following along. I found it really helpful and learnt a lot.

I think Laurence training was good. I did get lost on a few things but I also had my ribbon on my tool bar so I struggled to find some of the tasks quickly but that was my fault. I would have liked to have been able to print off the guide so I could make notes as we went along. I have made notes on the things I need to review in the next week. I found a lot of the training will help me with my role but a lot I will never use. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Excellent training provided at a steady pace. It was a well-structured beginners training. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a printable copy of the course guide to be able to follow and write notes on.
