Great instrucor knowlege, considering IT issues

Jagg was very friendly and patient and explained concepts well for a beginner class. He was not as prepared as he could have been regarding ICT on Defence sites which is now outdated. He moved through the content well and provided some advanced tips that were greatly appreciated. His other knowledge as a Microsoft expert was useful.
