Thank you for todays session, I do apologise for missing the first hour. 🫣 You we're very patient and great at troubleshooting the many issues I created for myself 🤣 It was good to experience technical difficulties that were out of our control (Because this happens very often with Microsoft applications) but you handled it like a pro. Sometimes patience is all we need, so you gave us that little reminder also. I hope to see you in future, maybe at the intermediate session! Thanks again Mikayel!

Mikayel was very knowledgeable and patient with us and answered all questions. It was a shame that Microsoft was having technical issues which disrupted some of the training for today but he handled it well and we were able to go back and finalise those disrupted flows.
