The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable, which made the session enjoyable. However, I believe I would have benefited from completing some Power Automate training beforehand. While I was able to follow along during the session, I didn’t fully understand what I was doing or why certain steps were necessary. My learning style is to understand the “why” behind the process, so having that foundational knowledge would have helped me get more value from the training.

Clear instruction. Nice size class. I know it’s a beginner course however felt it could do some more on designing of pages / news updates and learning more about what the different elements in the tool box etc
