Gave us some very handy tips on use of Word and ChatGPT too. This will get me more engaged with the software moving forward. Was relevant to any level of non-professional project manager.

Did a great job even with some tech challenges - remained calm. Obviously had a lot of project management knowledge and was happy to slow down and explain when I didn't understand something. Overall a great overview course.
