Tim was fantastic, provided detailed information and was easy to follow. Very knowledgeable.

Trainer didn't rely on powerpoint presentations to go through the course. This made it much easier to follow rather than concentrating on presentations on the screen.

Very good basic information for Copilot. Provided good examples and information that is readily usable. Would be keen to know more about excel. Noting some actions are not activated in government for outlook and team chats.

Kate was great! Clear, able to pivot on her feet to address random questions/tech issues. Managed the dual virtual /in person environment well. Re course structure- seemed to be most interest/challenge with excel which was at the end so we did run out of time a bit.

Kate was engaging and had a large volume of information to get through in a short time. She did her best to mitigate the fact that the live environment was lagging, not responding or the UI had changed (which all appeared to be M365 related)
