The less-known features of Outlook and ow to use them.

Although I knew majority of everything in Outlook, I did get taught some new things that I can definitely use throughout my work.

I found creating a contact list extremely helpful, sweeping unwanted emails into another folder and if I had any questions or didn't fully understand Ahsan was patient when guiding me.

Ahsan delivered the course very well and professionally. He focused on areas that the students identified as important or struggled with. A well-presented training session.

This course was PC Centric, which Andrew wasn't aware of. Rather than turn me away - he adjusted the course to ensure I was included. Just by chance, there was only one other student who uses a PC, and she was very kind and patient while Andrew adjusted the course material to allow for Mac. Andrew broke down each component for Mac and PC, thanked us for being patient, which we were both happy to be, considering the course material was for PC only. He researched options for Mac and I can tell you - if that were me, I wouldn't have proceeded, but he was fantastic at making me feel welcomed and that nothing was a bother. I give that Gentlemen ten stars out of five stars - he was exceptional. I will be looking into an excel course specifically for Mac and will be requesting him to train me.

He is friendly and supportive. He is happy to answer any questions from students and is patient when checking on their progress.

Ahsan is an excellent trainer, super engaging and very patient, always checking that you understand and are following. I would recommend him and his course to anyone.
