Andrew was great. Very interactive and kept the meeting engaging the whole time. was happy to find answers for our questions when he was unsure and would work through it with us. the break were nice and frequent. Also very clear and concise.

Really enjoyed the Outlook Beginner Course! As a self taught user, I was eager to learn the functions/capability of the Program. Andrew was engaging and patient with teaching and showcasing the huge number of features that the Program offers. These courses should be mandatory and used across companies! Customising my Outlook was fun, satisfying and a large number of time saving shortcuts and extras I now have on board to increase my work performance.
