Substitute trainer was very knowledgeable and the pace of learning was good. Managed to cover all of the important content despite starting late (original trainer was unavailable). Some initial confusion with joining due to change in trainer and location but this was sorted through email exchange.

The remote training was exceptionally well facilitated. RH maintained engaging tone keeping everyone involved. Demonstrated great patience and responsiveness - providing additional explanation to those who needed without holding up the session for others. His effective communication, adaptability to diverse learning needs and his ability to create inclusive environment greatly enhanced the learning experience. the session was well paced balancing thorough coverage with support. Overall, it was great training thanks to this facilitator's skills and attentive approach.

Whilst in my current role we do not use the costing or resourcing feature, I can definitely see a benefit of using it. There was a lot of information provided in today's session, that will take some time of playing around in project to absorb and feel competent with putting into practice.

I learnt a lot with the course today. David is a very good trainer. He make things more understandable and teaching pace is as per student's requirement.
