Ulfa was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did find the first half difficult on the basis of having to look up at the screen from the end of the room and then to the desktop screens (i wear glasses for reading only, so the big screen I cannot see with my glasses on). 2nd half it was shared via Teams which made following much easier. It was a very informative session. Thank you.
