The training is well paced and well delivered. I liked the material content especially the gotchas in Visio and tips to make Visio output looking fabulous. Also the opportunities for participants to ask questions. Appreciate the extra efforts and help with the question on converting PDF files to Visio format. The Visio Essential Manual for participants could do with an update e.g. references to Skydrive.

John was very friendly and answered any questions that were asked. First half of the course seemed quite basic, but picks up. Learned a lot on background/foreground pages and found it very useful; as well as resizing shapes that are inconsistenly sized. Might be good to include cross-referencing shapes using hyperlinks (such as subprocesses that are detailed on separate pages for example) for future training courses, by renaming shapes and cross-linking. Fun course nonetheless, especially good for people who are being introduced to it. Thanks very much John!!

Great knowledge and technique for sharing. I've been using visio for a while now but it's nice to know what and how it works rather than fumbling my way through.
