The remote training was exceptionally well facilitated. RH maintained engaging tone keeping everyone involved. Demonstrated great patience and responsiveness - providing additional explanation to those who needed without holding up the session for others. His effective communication, adaptability to diverse learning needs and his ability to create inclusive environment greatly enhanced the learning experience. the session was well paced balancing thorough coverage with support. Overall, it was great training thanks to this facilitator's skills and attentive approach.

Really concise and simple to understand. I am by no means tech savvy but was able to follow along, do the tasks and learn better/easier ways to navigate the suites and get a better understanding of how they interact with one another. Thanks for your patience, Laurence.

my expectations was coming into the excel class and perhaps falling asleep, however I was quite amazed in how engaging the session was. The trainer Ken was an absolute legend in keeping things fun, hilarious and engaging in a very practical way . i HAVE LEARNT SO MUCH FROM THIS SESSION

Excellent work, some more short 5 minute breaks would be good, just to stretch legs, re-adjust eyes etc
