The Student Portal is your central hub for everything you need before and after your course with Nexacu. This includes pre course information, course materials, training certificates and free bonus content. This blog will cover the key functionalities of the portal and where to find everything you may need.

Accessing the Student Portal


Once you have booked a course with Nexacu, or have been booked in by a colleague you will receive a registration email as shown below.

Select the Setup My Account button at the end of the email and you will be redirected to the registration form on the Nexacu website. Complete the required details and select Save to continue. 
 You can then return to the home page of our Website and select Login in the top right corner. Enter the email and password you just set and you are now logged in.

If you did not receive a registration email or attended courses with Nexacu prior to August 2021 you will have to manually register for the portal. To do this head to the Nexacu Login Page.
Under the login form you will see details of password reset and New Users can Register Here select this to create an account. Fill in the form, press the submit button and you are ready to Login.

Head back to the Login page. Enter your email address and password.
You are now logged into the Nexacu Student Portal. Once Logged in you will see a screen similar to the one below; with the navigation pane on the left hand side and your upcoming courses shown on the right. On a mobile device, select the 3 lines in the top right hand corner to expand the menu.

Switching to Billing Contact Portal

If you are the nominated billing contact for your booking or the bookings of others you will have the option to swap between Student and Billing Contact accounts. To do so simply head over to the toggle at the top of the navigation column. Then click to the side of the toggle you wish to use, either Student or Billing Contact.

Once you are in the billing contact portal  you have the ability to preform the following actions:
  • Change of course date
  • Change of course category
  • Invoice details 
  • Workplace training details
If you require these actions please switch to billing contact or reach out to your organizations billing contact.

Updating Your Details

If you need to change the personal details associated with your accounts head to the My Details tab on the navigation pane. Here you will have the option to update your name and contact details as well as update your password. As your email is your username to login this cannot be changed. However, you can add an additional email at the bottom of the page. 

This can be used if the email entered was incorrect, you are changing workplace or have lost access to the original email used. Simply select the Add button in the bottom right hand corner and enter the new email address.

This is the first page you will see when you login to the Portal. You will see all of your upcoming courses. You can view the details about your course as well as any location or course specific instructions.

For Remote courses your Class Teams Link will be available here as well as a link to remote setup instructions. Please note that once your course has began (including second day of a 2 day courses) this link will only be available on the Past Enrolments Page.

Past Enrolments

On this page you can view all your past course enrolments. Here you can confirm your payment and attendance status. In addition it is here you can download your certificates of completion.

Materials

The Materials page acts like a library for the resources used for your past and upcoming courses. From this page materials a categorised by program and are available for 24 months post training. For remote training, the set up instructions will inform you of what items you need to download and how to set up for your course. For in-person training you are not required to have any of these materials with you on the day, they will be provided on the training device. Access to these resources are for your own personal revision and reference post course.

Webinars/Videos

The webinar/ video page contains some valuable how-to videos to help you prepare for your course as well as a range of bonus learning content. The videos most relevant to you based on your course enrolment will be show at the top of the page. Keep an eye on this page as we continue to add a range of videos!
