Trainer was super helpful and went back to re-explain when anyone had issues. Was easy to understand and took the time to explain in detail.

Annette was lovely. Friendly and personable and progressed at a good pace. She didn't assume that people knew more than they did, and made sure that people were comfortable with what she was teaching before moving on to the next item.

Knowledgeable and good material

Adrian was a great facilitator! Very knowledgeable and engaging. He made the content digestible and explained each step and technique clearly, making sure everyone always stayed on track. I appreciated his patience and encouragement throughout the course. The hybrid format worked really well, too. As an online participant, I felt included and supported the whole time. Adrian made a real effort to keep us engaged and make sure we were following along. The course was pefectly tailored for beginners without being too slow or boring for more "techy" people - the pacing was comfortable yet challenging. I learned a lot and had fun.
