very easy/ basic pace, could have been a little faster or maybe I should have enrolled in intermediate. Overall, very easy to understand and follow.

Clare was very thorough with her explanations and taking the group through the basics. If someone required help, she was good at helping immediately rather than the student having to wait until she finished explaining what she was talking about. Very impressed with the training set up and friendliness of all the staff

very good knowledge and sometime Clare was able to explain tasks in a more understandable way (eg visual analogy of how you want data model to be linking)

Trainer was clear and direct, time was obviously allocated to account for students not grasping the technology or the content. It was easy to pick up everything she explained the first time.

Clare was really engaging and helped with each error and consistent check-ins. Learnt a lot during this course.

Very knowledgeable

Magda was fine, just found her a bit fast with the training, got left behind in a couple of suggestions. Learnt a lot of new functions I was not aware of and it will certainly make my day to day work more enjoyable now. Magda made it a friendly day for us.

Magda was absolutely amazing! I knew nothing nd she was so helpful and patient. She easily it's saving me hours with future documents and files.

Highlighted many features that I was not aware of and was very accommodating when participants were falling behind
